It’s quite common to stick Post-It notes with short reminders on one’s desk, book shelf, on the wall or bathroom mirror. But let’s be honest, if it is not acted upon, the words soon just become part of the furniture.

How about putting your mind-maps, each created in different colours, as “pictures” on the bathroom or bedroom wall? Brain research has long proven that we remember pictures much faster than a group of words or by hearing one-word-at-a-time in your mind.

Once you have studied the picture when lying in bath or on the bed, go one step further and explain these visual pictures out loud to yourself. Then replace them with a new set of mind-maps.
